We’re looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer in Asia Region who is not only technically strong but can also communicate clearly and proactively in English.
This is a long-term remote role for someone who enjoys building real products, solving problems independently, and collaborating like a professional—not just executing tickets.

👉 Building and maintaining scalable web applications
👉 Working with AI Chatbot, React, Node.js, databases, APIs, etc.
👉 Turning product requirements into clean technical solutions
👉 Debugging, optimizing, and improving existing systems
👉 Collaborating directly with founders/clients in English
🧩 What We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)
🍄 Must-Have Skills
👉 5+ years of professional software development experience
👉 Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
👉 Experience with AI Chatbot, React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.
👉 Comfortable with APIs, databases, and system design basics
👉 Ability to work independently without constant supervision
🇺🇸 English Communication (Very Important)

👉 Explain technical decisions clearly in English (written + spoken)
👉 Ask smart clarifying questions before starting work
👉 Give structured progress updates without being chased
👉 Communicate problems early, not after deadlines are missed
