About the Role:
We are hiring a cold caller for a 1-week paid trial to evaluate performance. If successful, this can lead to a long-term role. During this week, you’ll be expected to make [600 to 700] calls per day using our provided dialer (CallTools) and script. Fluent English with a neutral or native-sounding accent is required.
Responsibilities:
- Place 600 to 700 cold calls daily using our auto dialer (CallTools or similar)
- Book qualified first-time meetings via Zoom
- Follow a proven script and adapt to different objections
- Update CRM with accurate notes and appointment settings
- Attend short daily team huddles (15 minutes)
- Maintain excellent communication and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or native-sounding accent (North American, British, Australian, South African preferred)
- Minimum 2 years cold calling experience, preferably B2B
- Experience with autodialers (e.g., CallTools, Mojo, Kixie) and CRM systems
- Able to work North American business hours (PST/MST/CST/EST time zones)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling objections and setting high-quality appointments
- Strong, confident, and friendly phone presence
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $15 to 25 USD/hour
- Plus performance bonuses for meetings booked or contracts closed
Location:
- 100% Remote
- Must have stable high-speed internet and a quiet place to work
