We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Representative to support our customers with inquiries, account assistance, and general service-related needs.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with orders, updates, billing questions, and issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Comfortable using a computer, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
