- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, health checks, and business reviews
- Identify and address customer pain points, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback

- Perform other customer success-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools
