Project Overview
We are seeking organized, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to assist clients with researching and coordinating personalized vacation experiences. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, conducting online research, and managing important details.
The consultant will communicate with clients to identify their vacation preferences, research appropriate options, assist with reservations, and provide professional support throughout the planning process. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are available.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to identify their preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budgets.
Research cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, transportation, excursions, and activities.
Compare available options and prepare organized recommendations.
Explain general amenities, package inclusions, policies, and available services.
Assist clients with reservation procedures and confirmation details.
Verify traveler names, dates, and other information for accuracy.
Track payment deadlines, documentation needs, and reservation requirements.
Provide clients with preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
Communicate applicable changes or updates in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Follow up with clients before and after their vacations.
Participate in training and continued professional development.
Build client relationships through networking, referrals, and personal marketing.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must currently reside in the United States or Mexico.
Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct online research and compare multiple options.
Comfortable learning new online tools and procedures.
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently.
Willingness to complete required training.
Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or planning experience is helpful but not required.
This is a flexible, independent business opportunity rather than a traditional hourly or salaried assignment. Earnings are performance-based and depend on completed client reservations, individual activity, and consistent follow-up.
