Research & Outreach Assistant

Project Overview
We are looking for a freelancer to assist with outreach and participant identification for an upcoming user research study focused on evaluating the usability of online financial platforms.
The freelancer will help identify potential participants online, send outreach messages using provided templates, and track responses. Training materials and instructions will be provided to explain the project workflow and reporting process.

This project is suitable for freelancers with experience in online research, outreach, community engagement, or digital marketing support.

Scope of Work
The freelancer will assist with the following tasks:
Conduct basic online research to identify individuals who may be interested in participating in a user research activity
Send outreach messages using provided templates and guidelines
Maintain a simple list of contacted individuals and responses
Share periodic updates on outreach progress
All outreach should follow the provided communication guidelines.

Outreach activity summary
Record of responses from interested participants
Compensation

This project includes both a fixed payment and a performance-based component.
$30 fixed payment for completing onboarding and the initial outreach assignment
$50 bonus for each participant who successfully joins the research study
Payments will be processed securely through the Guru platform.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online research or outreach
Strong written communication skills
Organized and able to track outreach activity
However, clear instructions and templates will be provided, so prior experience is not strictly required.

Work Arrangement
This is a remote freelance project with flexible working hours. The freelancer can complete the outreach tasks on their own schedule while maintaining basic activity tracking.
