* Interior 3D renderings
* Require complete architectural/construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, working drawings)
* Keep the footprint between 300sqm and 350sqm

Dining space for a 12 seater dining table.
Ensuite master on main
Ensuite guest on Main

Mechanical/Storage/Washer dryer on main level.
Foyer/Stair area can be combined, but foyer should have space for a bench
Except for master, all other bathrooms should be standard size and have a window to the outside. There is not mechanical venting.
Attached is the concept floor plan I have. It is wildly off the mark when it comes to dimensions and arrangement, but you can use it a a loose guide. Lot size in one acre and construction id concrete and rebar for the super structure and 9 inch wall thickness quarry stones for walling.
