Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven SaaS Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing heavily on outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals. You must have prior experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) and bring an established network of B2B relationships to immediately accelerate our pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Build a consistent sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Network Utilization: Leverage your existing B2B network to open doors, generate warm referrals, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify inbound prospects and secure high-value discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to final contract signing.
  • Exceed Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly targets for outbound activities, booked appointments, and closed-won revenue.
  • Deliver Demos: Conduct engaging product presentations tailored specifically to each prospect's unique business pain points.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records and activity data in HubSpot/Salesforce.

Qualifications and Skills

  • SaaS Experience: 2+ years of mandatory, proven success selling B2B SaaS software.
  • Rolodex/Network: An active, well-established network of decision-makers within B2B companies.
  • Track Record: Documented history of hitting activity metrics, booking quotas, and closing revenue targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, phone presence, and active listening skills.
  • Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections in a fast-paced environment.
