I’m looking for an experienced SaaS Product Manager to perform a full pre-launch product audit of a booking and business-management platform for service-based businesses.

I need someone to review the **entire platform page by page and workflow by workflow** from the perspective of a real business owner and their staff.

The main goal is to determine whether the product has everything necessary for businesses to use it effectively, while keeping it simple and avoiding unnecessary features or complexity.

### What I need reviewed

* Are any important features, settings, controls, or information missing?

* Does each page contain what a business actually needs?

* Is anything unnecessary, repetitive, confusing, or overly complicated?

* Is information organized in the right place?

* Do workflows make sense from beginning to end?

* Are labels, terminology, instructions, and descriptions clear and accurate?

* Are important business rules, permissions, and real-world scenarios accounted for?

* Do dashboards, reports, and KPIs provide useful information for business owners?

* Does onboarding and setup collect everything necessary for a business to start using the platform?

* Are there important gaps compared with established booking and business-management platforms?

I do **not** want features recommended simply because competitors have them. Recommendations should have a clear business or user need behind them.

The goal is a product that is **complete, simple, organized, intuitive, and practical for real service businesses.**

Provide recommendations organized by page or feature:

* **Keep** — already makes sense

* **Change** — should be improved

* **Remove** — unnecessary or confusing

* **Add** — something important is missing

* **Priority** — Critical, Important, or Nice to Have

Please explain the reasoning behind important recommendations.

### Ideal Experience

Strong experience with SaaS product management is required. Experience with vertical SaaS, booking/scheduling platforms, business-management software, or software for service-based businesses is strongly preferred.

This is primarily a **product audit and pre-launch product review**, not a technical QA or bug-testing assignment.
