Searching for contractors with ideas on best way to monetize top level, premium Japanese domain names. Not seeking to sell domains. Best way to monetize them? Affiliates? Google AdSense? Domains could be used by companies in Japan or outside Japan seeking foreign/japanese clients in English. What do you propose. We are a US Based corporation.
Additional info: We don't need help to launch a Wordpress/Whatever-CMS site with flowers, cats and dogs..... That can be done by anybody; hosting companies even promise AI can create the site for us now.
What we want is a solution that will provide us the links/affiliates to make those Japanese domains productive. We can work on setting up the accounts with the link providers/agencies as needed on our end, provide the US Address, bank, CC, tax info required, etc. working with the Guru who works with us.
We can (if a client is interested) rent a subdomain, for instance have https://shop.sakuragicho.com -> point to a store or shopping center near that station. Or have https://hotel.nihonichi.com -> point to a hotel chain in Japan. Etc.
