In regard to voiceovers, an American voice must be used and not an artificial voice
For your bid to be considered, you must demonstrate experience in creating video promos or video advertisements, as well as the ability to write scripts, record voice-overs, and add music.
In your bid you must attached:
1)
The video script that you actually wrote
2)
This video was created in accordance with the video script that you are submitting.
If you do not attach video promotional material, you will not be considered.
We need you to write the video script.
Please do not bid on this project if you would like us to do so.

We are seeking one or two individuals who have experience in creating moving videos rather than using still photographs within the video.

a) What's your flat fixed cost of creating a moving video promo / video ad and writing the video script include voice-over. If you want and feel it need sound effects / music that you know how-to-do.
Keep in mind, this is a flat fixed cost job, not hourly.
