SDR / BDR (Spain) – Outbound & Pipeline

We’re looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking SDR/BDR based in Spain to run outbound cold calls and own early-stage pipeline for the Spanish hospitality market.

What you’ll do
Work from a provided target account list
Run outbound cold calls and first conversations
Qualify prospects and handle early objections
Manage your own early-stage pipeline (up to demo-ready)
Book high-quality demos (no empty calls)
Share clear feedback on objections and market response

What we handle
Positioning, materials, pricing framework
Technical demos and in-depth product questions
Closing and contracts

Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (Spain)
Proven SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
Confident, consultative phone presence
Comfortable owning pipeline, not just booking meetings
