I'm looking to develop a website or app that has these capabilities: 1) The site must contain a search engine that can take me to another site, save a link, and return back to my site/app. 2) I want to be able to store the saved linked data in list form. 3) The site should have a share feature to have the ability to send the list of saved links either through the site/app or through email or text. 3) The site needs to contain a calendar that can send reminders to users about important dates I have other capabilities that I want the app to have, but this is the bare minimum. I have few questions before proceeding any further. 1) Who will own the site/app once it's completed? 2) What is a rough cost estimate, range or starting point for the request above? 3) Can the development or improvements/expansions be done in phases? 4) How quickly can I get the basic concept complete and ready to use? Is 3 weeks a realistic deadline? This concept for my app/site has multiple levels of detail that I would like to expand on over time. I'm looking to form a team that can help me execute my vision. I want to be sure that I will own all rights, ownership, copywriting, etc. before moving forward. I would love to speak to you in more detail if this is something that you can provide.
