We are a dynamic freelance startup team expanding our business in remote web development. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience sourcing and engaging top-tier software developers, primarily through LinkedIn and similar platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying senior-level talent, evaluating qualifications, and conducting insightful conversations to determine the best fit for our projects. Success requires strong English communication skills and a proactive approach. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking for long-term collaboration with our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and engage senior software developers across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
Assess candidates’ skills and experience quickly and accurately
Conduct professional and effective conversations to gauge fit
Collaborate with the team to meet ongoing recruitment needs

Requirements:
Proven experience in technical recruiting, especially within software development
Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and outreach techniques
Ability to evaluate senior developers’ technical backgrounds efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
