We are a dynamic freelance startup team expanding our business in remote web development. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience sourcing and engaging top-tier software developers, primarily through LinkedIn and similar platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying senior-level talent, evaluating qualifications, and conducting insightful conversations to determine the best fit for our projects.
