📣 Seeking Drafter / Single Architect /Architectural Firm for Upcoming Spec Home Projects
Our company is preparing to launch two new spec home builds in the Chicago South and SouthWest Suburbs, and we’re looking to collaborate with a Drafter, a Single Architect, or an Architectural Firm with proven experience working within the requirements of local municipalities in these regions.
We need two distinct house plans developed (not custom homes):
🏠 Plan 1: Two-story, approx. 3700–3800 sq. ft.
🏠 Plan 2: Two-story, approx. 3000–3500 sq. ft.
Both designs will feature 4 bedrooms, 1 office, and 3 bathrooms.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience navigating Chicago South and SouthWest Suburban building standards
✔ Willingness to collaborate, revise, and refine initial designs
✔ Insight on cost-effective building strategies
✔ Recommendations to help us control construction costs without sacrificing curb appeal or quality
