Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web and/or mobile applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of testing strategy, mentor junior testers, and work closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities across projects
Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test cases
Perform advanced manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects
Validate fixes and ensure issue resolution
Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams
Improve QA processes and testing standards
Guide and review work of junior QA members
