SEO Expert Needed for LGBTQ+ site

About Us
We are an LGBTQ+ digital health network connecting patients with affirming telehealth providers. We are looking for an SEO expert to help grow our organic traffic and improve search visibility across LGBTQ+ healthcare topics (HRT, PrEP, mental health, etc.) and B2B provider acquisition.

What We Need
We’re seeking a freelancer who can build and execute a clear SEO strategy for a 2-month pilot, including:

Key Responsibilities
Conduct full SEO audit and implement technical improvements
Build keyword strategy + content plan for both patient and provider audiences
Optimize landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO
Set up/optimize GSC, GA4, Tag Manager
Provide SEO briefs for long-form guides and blog content
Develop a backlink strategy (LGBTQ+ publications, healthcare sites)
Track rankings, traffic, and provide monthly reports
Ideal Experience
3+ years SEO experience (healthcare or telehealth preferred)
Strong skills in keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization
Familiar with E-E-A-T, medical content standards, and competitive SERPs
Tools: Ahrefs/SEMrush, GSC, GA4
Experience with Squarespace,webflow  is a plus
Bonus: background in LGBTQ+ health or digital health growth
