Roles & Responsibilities

1. Keyword Research and Analysis:

   

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and expansion of keywords opportunities

2. On-Page Optimization:

   

  • Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved search engine visibility.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content.

3. Technical SEO:

   

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.

  •     
  • Implement and manage technical SEO enhancements, including site speed optimization and mobile optimization.

4. Link Building:

   

  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority.

  •     
  • Identify and pursue quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.

5.Analytics and Reporting:

   

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.

  •     
  • Prepare regular audits and reports showcasing key performance metrics and insights.

  •     
  • Continuously check search terms and monitor website performance for improvement.

6.  Stay Updated on SEO Trends:

   

  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.

  •     
  • Implement new strategies to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.

7.  Collaboration:

   

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams, to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.

  • Provide SEO guidance and support for various projects and campaigns.


Requirements

   

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

  •     
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a mid-level position.

  •     
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, website analytics, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

  •     
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

  •     
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

  •     
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, link building and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  •     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

  •     
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the globe.

  •     
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
