1. Complete SEO Optimization (Full Scope)
A. SEO Audit & Strategy
• Full website SEO audit (technical, on-page, off-page, content, UX)
• Competitor analysis (top ranking conference websites)
• Audit of indexing issues, crawlability & site architecture
• Creation of an actionable SEO improvement roadmap
B. Keyword Research
• Keyword research for academic, medical & engineering conference niches
• Long-tail keyword mapping for blogs, events, speakers, authors, and sponsors
• Competitor keyword gap analysis
C. On-Page SEO
• Optimization of:
o Meta titles & descriptions
o Header hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
o URL structure
o Internal linking strategy
o Image optimization (ALT tags, compression)
o Schema markup (FAQ, Organization, Event, Article)
• Creation of SEO-friendly page structure for future content
• Optimization of conference-specific landing pages
D. Technical SEO
• Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)
• Mobile responsiveness improvements
• XML sitemap improvements and submission
• Robots.txt optimization
• Fix broken links, redirects, and canonical issues
• Log file analysis (crawl budget optimization)
