Short-Form Viral Video Editor (AI + Spor

We are building a high-energy sports challenge platform and need a short-form video editor to create viral-style TikTok ads (20–30 seconds).
The tone should be:
Fast. Loud. Bold. Competitive. Social-media hype energy.
Responsibilities:
Create 20–30 second TikTok-style promotional videos
Use AI video tools (Runway, Pika, or similar) and/or stock footage
Add dynamic captions, sound effects, transitions
Deliver 6 videos per week
Maintain consistent visual identity (same athlete across clips)
Concept example:
Female footballer performs skill → crowd explosion → challenge text → join now→ strong call to action.
Requirements:
Experience creating viral TikTok/Reels ads
Strong pacing and hook within first 5 seconds
Ability to work fast and iterate
Provide portfolio of short-form content
Deliverables:
5 videos per week (20–30 sec each)
Editable project files
Vertical format (9:16)
720p or 1080p optimized for TikTok
