I am looking for a reliable freelancer based in Isabela (or nearby) who can conduct a site visit to a Rural Health Unit (RHU).
Task Requirements:
Visit the RHU location provided.
Confirm whether the facility is active/operational.
Take clear photos of the building and signboard.
Provide a brief written confirmation/report of your findings.

Additional Info:
The task should be completed within 2–3 days of assignment.
This is a straightforward visit; no internal verification is required.
