Upgraded iPhone and can’t login to my account. Tried network reset, offloading app, confirmed latest version, deleted and reinstalled, changed password 4 times via sms and still can’t log in. It is my daughters account and she has a lot of saved memories so she wants to get back in. Currently, the message is failed login password incorrect. She does not have and/or does not know the affiliated email - I tried both of her email accounts, and mine, but still can’t get in. I read every option on Snapchat support page and watched public videos. Have tried all suggestions and still can’t get in. She has not been banned for anything inappropriate. Just need help getting her access again. Thank you.
