Looking for a VA experienced in VIRAL social media marketing, affiliate marketing & affiliate recruitment, viral videos editing.
We pay in a few milestones (your real money are on milestone 4, 5 & 6):
1. Milestone 1 (get to know each other task)- ongoing task. $10/monthly. You will bulk upload 1 csv file per month to our Recupost account. (We will provide CSV template)
To create that CSV file you will have to create another CSV to bulk create quotes in Canva (we will provide process if you don't know it).
Data (quotes) with 100 records for that will too be provided.
Upon file approval you will load this in to our Recupost account to schedule posts.
The whole task when you know how to do it should take you 30 minutes. First time there can be another hour to learn it.
2. Milestone 2 - ongoing task. $20/monthly. After milestone 1 is completed each month you will take our long form content (blogs) and create the 2nd - new CSV database with new quotes, using template. Then you will repeat the same steps to bulk create quotes in Canva and upload to Recupost.
3. Milestone 3 - ongoing task. $20/monthly for each 20 short clips create and scheduled via Recupost.
>> RECURRING BONUS: We also pay $100 bonus for each video that goes viral and gets seen by 100K people total on new Tiktok, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Next, you take our long form video content, clip it and edit it by addition motion, captions, and hooks. You need to know how to use Eleven labs voices to create audio for hooks when needed. You have to have a process for researching trends and winning hooks of competitors, to make sure that our videos go viral.
4. Milestone 4 - ongoing task. We pay monthly for new affiliates / influencers recruited to promote our digital products. You will have to reach out to them from YOUR accounts. For this task we generously pay commission. We pay you %10 commission = $10,000 for each $100,000 affiliates generated in sales.
5. Milestone 5 - ongoing task. We pay YOU as an affiliate for promoting our product in social media form YOUR accounts, as well as from paid ads (we must approve them). For this task we generously pay 40% commission. We pay you $40,000 for each $100,000 you generate in sales.
6. Milestone 6. After your own affiliate paid ads generate at least $10,000 we will hire you as our paid media agency and pay you $2,000 monthly retainer plus 20% on each $10,000 ad spend.
With your bid please specify:
1) 1 by 1 your exact experience and matching expertise for each milestone.
2) show your work that corresponds to each milestones (URLs to media assets).
3) Do you have paid search experience? If so, for how many clients have you marketed digital product via paid ads. Please show screenshots of ROI and created ads, as well as specify their ad spend and type of product.
