About Us:

Bailasan Liquor Store is a licensed liquor retailer in Amman, Jordan, offering a wide selection of premium Spirits, Beer, and Wine. We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a strong understanding of social media trends, we’d love to hear from you!


Job Summary:

The Social Media Content Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for Bailasan Liquor Store, including posts, reels, and stories. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce content that resonates with our target audience on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce at least thirty (30) stories per month to ensure daily engagement.
  • Create a minimum of four (4) engaging social media posts per week.
  • Develop and edit 8–10 reels/shorts per month, optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strategically post all created content across platforms, adhering to scheduled timings.
  • Optimize content for visibility and engagement through hashtag research, tagging, and geo-tagging.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative visual concepts that align with Bailasan’s identity and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure content meets objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
  • Adapt content formats for different platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation (graphic design, video editing).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) and video editing software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platform requirements.
  • Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a strong portfolio of social media work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Good communication skills.

Deliverables & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Content Output & Timeliness:

  • Stories: 30 per month
  • Posts: 4 per week
  • Reels: 8–10 per month
  • Content Delivery: 95–100% of scheduled content delivered on time


Content Quality & Brand Adherence:

  • High consistency with Bailasan’s branding (colors, fonts, logos, style).
  • High design quality and creativity (4–5 out of 5 rating).
  • Less than 1–2 errors per 100 pieces of content.


Engagement & Reach:

  • Growth of followers on Instagram (currently 244) and Facebook (8.9K).
  • Engagement rate: 2–5% for posts, >3% CTR, higher for reels.
  • Consistent or growing reach, impressions, and views.
  • Increased profile visits from content.


Collaboration & Professionalism:

  • Timely and clear communication.
  • Proactive idea generation.
  • Quick and accurate implementation of feedback.


Marketing (Additional Tasks):

  • Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) for the upcoming eCommerce launch.
  • Plan, create, and execute high-conversion ad campaigns across platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives and audience targeting.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis and trend monitoring.


Marketing KPIs:

  • Minimum 3.5x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) per campaign.
  • Monthly ad engagement rate > 4%.
  • CPL/CPA below industry benchmarks.
  • Monthly competitor/trend reports with at least 2 new implemented tactics.


Marketing Objectives:

  • Enhance brand visibility as a premium liquor retailer.
  • Increase engagement through interactive content.
  • Drive sales via WhatsApp and phone orders, preparing for eCommerce launch Sip22.com
