We are a CA-based manufacturer of premium steel door and window products. We serve contractors, architects, and design-build clients across Southern California with high-end architectural products. We have an active Instagram account and Facebook presence with strong visual content — we just need someone to help us grow our audience and turn that attention into real leads.


What we need


We're looking for a part-time freelance Social Media & Google Ads Manager to own our online presence on an ongoing, hourly basis. This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only. You'll be responsible for:


• Managing and growing our Instagram and Facebook accounts (posting, engagement, hashtags, story content)

• Writing compelling captions that speak to contractors, builders, and design-conscious homeowners

• Planning and scheduling 3–5 posts per week across both platforms

• Running and optimizing our Google Ads account to drive quality traffic and leads

• Monitoring performance and providing a brief monthly report on what's working

• Ideally: familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude) and Airtable for content planning and workflow


Our content library


We already have a solid bank of photography and project images. You won't need to shoot or source anything — we need someone to organize, caption, and consistently publish what we have while building a content calendar going forward.


Ideal candidate


• Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook for a home improvement, architecture, construction, interior design, or luxury product brand

• Hands-on Google Ads experience — we need someone who can actively manage bids, keywords, and conversions, not just set-and-forget

• Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to match a premium, design-forward brand voice

• Self-directed and communicative — ownership is hands-off, so you need to be reliable without being micromanaged

• Open to all locations worldwide — strong English written communication is required

• Bonus: experience with Airtable, content scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar), or AI writing tools
