We are not a fit if you believe posting consistency alone drives growth, if you rely on scheduling tools as a growth strategy, or if you're not a geek about algorithms and performance metrics.
This job is for you if you can:
• Take our raw video content and edit it perfectly for:
- YouTube (long-form and Shorts)
- Instagram
- TikTok
• Own channel growth end to end. Posting, optimization, and performance review
• Stay current on platform algorithms and growth strategies
• Be proactive with studying and testing hooks, pacing, captions, and formats
• Maintain strict brand consistency. Messaging, tone, colors, wording
• Meet weekly with the content host
Core responsibilities:
Research
Study top-performing creators and content in our niche. Track what is working and why.
Script Support
Use research to help guide scripts and angles so content is optimized before it's recorded.
Edit and Upload
Edit videos and publish content across all platforms to maximize reach, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
• 2 plus years hands-on experience growing video-based social accounts
• Proven understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms
• Strong video editing skills focused on hooks and retention
• Fluent English
• Available during EST hours
