This position is expected to provide active engagement with customers to gain positive reviews, remove negative reviews and increase the overall rankings on all pages and platforms of the company in a single geographic region. You will also post to social media sites on a regular basis to attract positive attention, increase followers and promote goodwill for the company's offerings. You will report to management on a weekly basis including past and current standings, actions taken, and support needed to achieve desired goals.
