We are a growing construction and building services group with 5 active brands (including 1 resturant). We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage, schedule, and optimize our social media presence using Zoho Social and supporting tools. Efficiency is critical — AI-assisted content workflows are expected to reduce manual effort while maintaining quality and accuracy.


Scope of Work

  • Manage social media accounts for 5 distinct brands

  • Publish 3–4 posts per week per brand

  • Platforms primarily include:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • LinkedIn

    • Google Business Profile (where applicable)

  • Content sources:

    • Existing website content (blogs, service pages, project descriptions)

    • Media provided by a local professional photographer

  • Repurpose and adapt content appropriately per platform and brand voice

  • Schedule, monitor, and report using Zoho Social


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts consistently across all brands

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, image captioning tools, scheduling automation, etc.) to:

    • Generate captions

    • Repurpose long-form content

    • Reduce manual hours while maintaining relevance and accuracy

  • Ensure each brand maintains a distinct but professional tone

  • Coordinate content usage from photography libraries

  • Basic engagement monitoring (comments/messages notification, not full community management)

  • Monthly performance summaries (reach, engagement, consistency)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously

  • Strong familiarity with Zoho Social (required)

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency

  • Experience in construction, trades, real estate, or industrial services preferred

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific posting best practices

  • Excellent written English; concise, professional tone

  • Highly organized and deadline-driven

Not Required

  • Graphic design (SOME media will be supplied)

  • Paid ad management

  • Sales or lead follow-up

  • On-site work (100% remote)

Engagement Type

  • Ongoing / long-term

  • Expected workload: ~60–80 posts per month total

  • Flexible scheduling as long as posting cadence is met
