I am looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage and grow my Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts. The goal is to build strong engagement, grow followers organically, and monetize the platforms with brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
Grow followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and post regular content (reels, posts, shorts, stories).
Share creative content ideas tailored to my niche.
Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions to build a loyal community.
Actively reach out for brand collaborations and partnerships.
Provide weekly updates on growth, engagement, and performance.
Performance Goals (Initial 3 Months):
Consistent posting (minimum 4–5 posts/reels per week).
10–15% monthly growth in followers and engagement.
At least 2–3 brand collaboration leads within the first 3 months.
Budget:
💰 Starting at ₹10,000/month.
Budget will be increased based on performance (engagement growth, brand deals, and revenue generation).
Long-term collaboration for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Preferably from Telugu states for better regional content ideas.
Previous experience in social media growth & brand collaborations.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
