🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to manage our content calendar, increase engagement, and lead online campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok).
You’ll help develop visual assets, write captions, launch reels/stories, monitor performance, and grow our following with purpose.
🛠️ Responsibilities
Develop and manage a 2x weekly content calendar
Create/coordinate visual content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels)
Write compelling and brand-aligned captions
Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Report monthly on performance (reach, engagement, growth)
Collaborate with EPSF and eZverifi teams on awareness campaigns
Propose viral or cause-based campaigns that align with public safety and advocacy
