We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the digital growth and sales strategy for the 30-Day Holistic Health Reset for Professional Women. Your primary goal is to convert engagement into course enrollments through strategic storytelling and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) that highlights the unique value of the 30-Day Reset.


Sales Optimization: Create high-converting funnels, including compelling captions, call-to-action (CTA) driven stories, and DM outreach strategies to drive sales.


Educational Marketing: Translate complex wellness concepts—such as nervous system regulation and holistic health frameworks—into digestible, "saveable" social media content.


Community Engagement: Foster an active, supportive community by engaging with followers, answering inquiries, and managing professional networking groups.


Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly metrics to refine messaging, identifying which content formats (Reels, Carousels, Live sessions) result in the highest ROI.


Qualifications & Skills


Proven Track Record: Experience in digital product sales, particularly in the health, wellness, or professional coaching sectors.


Platform Expertise: Mastery of Instagram (Reels/Stories), LinkedIn (Thought Leadership), and Pinterest or TikTok for organic reach.


Copywriting Excellence: Ability to write in a voice that is professional, empathetic, and authoritative.

Design Savvy: Proficiency in Canva or similar tools to maintain a premium, cohesive aesthetic that appeals to professional women.
