I have a retail space that I am wanting to rent but I am hoping to get a basic idea of what we could fit in the space for each of our services. We want to have a small entry/reception/retil room with a reception/cashier area. We are also hoping to have a waiting area behind that reception room that will have 3 foot washing stations a and a tea service We would like to get 8, 10x12 massage focused rooms 2-3, and 8 x 12 rooms that will have plumbing for a "head spa" beds. I would like to have an ample breakroom in the back for the employees. I have sent a PDF of the 4100 sq ft space. We will be able to tear down and move all of the walls obviously.
