Position Title: Space Planner/Interior Designer

Location: Remote

Hours: Part-Time or Independent Contractor

Pay Rate: $30-$40 per hour or Flat Rate per project

SUMMARY: The Space Planner will help develop new and existing office spaces that will meet the needs of our clients and clinical staff.  This person will play a critical role in the continuous design development and improvements to our clinics. They will be innovative, creative, detail oriented, and help with the growth and expansion of our business.

Responsibilities


RESPONSIBILITIES:  

The Space planner will play a crucial role in creating the layout and function of the office.   They will work side by side with the Facilities and Clinical Team. 

  • Develop initial design concepts that align with our branding and goals
  • Create detailed drawings of floor plans, furniture layout, color schemes, lighting design, art work layout, and material selection
  • Provide detailed Tenant Improvement requests for new spaces
  • Develop Commercial signage
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers when needed
  • Occasional site visits

Skills & Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3+ years of applicable space planning and interior design experience, with knowledge of healthcare services a plus
  • Proficient with CAD or other design program
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
  • May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
