I’m building a production-grade system and need an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer to help design, stabilize, and scale infrastructure.

This is a serious project, not a beginner-friendly task.
I’m specifically looking for someone who has worked with US clients and understands professional communication standards.

🎯 What I Need

You will help with:

  • Designing reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
  • Setting up monitoring, alerting, and observability
  • Handling production issues and root cause analysis
  • Improving system performance and uptime
  • Implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Automating infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools
  • Working with Kubernetes in production environments

🧠 Required Experience✅ Must-Have

  • 4+ years in SRE / DevOps / Production Support
  • Strong experience with:
    • AWS or Azure
    • Kubernetes (production level)
    • Terraform (or other IaC tools)
  • Monitoring tools:
    • Datadog / Splunk / New Relic
  • Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Experience handling real production incidents

🇺🇸 US Client Experience (IMPORTANT)

  • You must have worked with US clients
  • You understand:
    • Clear communication
    • Accountability
    • Deadlines and ownership
  • Able to explain technical issues in clear English

🗣 Communication Requirement

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to:
    • Join calls if needed
    • Write clear updates
    • Document your work properly

🚫 Do NOT Apply If:

  • You are a beginner or still learning basics
  • You copy-paste proposals
  • You cannot explain your past work clearly
  • You don’t have real production experience
  • You struggle with English communication

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience with US startups or SaaS companies
  • Experience reducing downtime / improving SLAs
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset

🔍 Screening Questions (MANDATORY)

Please answer these in your proposal:

  1. Describe a real production incident you handled
    • What happened?
    • What was the root cause?
    • What did you fix?
  2. What monitoring stack have you used in production?
  3. Describe your Kubernetes experience (not tutorials—real use)
  4. Have you worked with US clients before? Describe the setup.
  5. What is your approach to reducing alert fatigue?
