Steel Structural Engineer Design

I am seeking a highly experienced Steel Structural Engineer or Engineering Consultant to design a (40.5m length by 19.8m width) steel shade structure for a school play area located in Al Amirat, Oman, an area characterized by mountainous terrain and significant wind exposure.  The Height is 6.5m.  The top shade is made of sun proof and water proof canvas.

The structure must cover open play area with no intermediate support columns, requiring a strong, stable, and wind-resistant design that prioritizes child safety and long-term durability.
Scope of Work:
Recommend the most suitable structural system (steel frame, tensile system, or other appropriate solution).
Design a wind-resistant structure suitable for mountainous environments.
Ensure clear-span coverage with no central supports.
Provide complete structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for contractor implementation.
Advise on materials, connections, anchoring, and structural stability.
Project Requirements:
Proven experience with large-span structures, shade systems, playgrounds, schools, stadium structures, or tensile structures.
Strong understanding of wind load design and structural safety standards.
Ability to deliver a fully detailed design package by 18 March.
