Key Responsibilities:
Assess and identify strategies to enhance company valuation.
Assist in packaging the company for presentation to investors or acquirers.
Draft and organize key documents such as executive summaries, pitch decks, CIMs (Confidential Information Memoranda), and due diligence packages.
Communicate professionally with prospective buyers and investors, coordinating responses and documentation.
Provide insight on market positioning and go-to-market strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in medtech, venture capital, private equity, or business development.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Understanding of financial statements, valuation models, and strategic growth planning.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
