Rebuilding fire damaged garage on a duplex in lake Stevens WA
Architectural drawings almost finished. Need engineer to provide structural calcs for concrete footings, beams, load, etc.
Also replacing 9 fire damaged trusses on main building.
All drawings will be completed and sent over for your review. Open channel with architect and me for addi info as needed.
These plans will require engineering stamp.
Engineer must be licensed in Washington State or be able to do business in Washington State
