attached is an AI website i started that am looking for more of a personal touch to finalize to address the markdown file list in the attached zip. this is an ever evolving list so tasks would need to be added, modified and deleted in the future.
however there should be login credentials for the admin, fiduciary and plan sponsor. the admin should be able to create a Plan with the set of tasks/template assigned to every plan. the admin can then assign fiduciary and plan sponsor to the plan and assign the individual tasks. the plan sponsor and fiduciary should have their own login credentials that allows them to check off their tasks and view the timeline of activity. each task should have notes available and everything needs to be logged for reporting purposes.
the tasks will need to start again at the beginning of each year.
the application and any associated databases or integrations should be easily implemented onto another webserver or 'droplet' (DigitalOcean) please ask any questions that may be confusing.
