- Project Delivery: Manage full lifecycle of Atlassian-focused projects (implementations, migrations, integrations, optimizations).
Stakeholder Coordination: Align with IT, engineering, business units, and vendors on requirements, timelines, and risks.
Technical Oversight: Guide teams through system configurations, marketplace app implementations, and process automation.
Planning & Tracking: Maintain project plans, roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and track delivery using Jira (meta, of course).
Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership; ensure clear documentation and post-implementation reviews.
Risk Management: Identify blockers early, propose mitigations, and escalate as needed.
