Job Title: Technical Support WordPress Assistant (Hybrid Role)
We’re hiring a friendly, outgoing, and reliable team member for a long-term role combining customer support and WordPress admin tasks. This is a career move for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and growth.
Support coverage window (must be available within):
15:00–03:00 ICT (Thailand time)
Salary: TBC
Hours / working days: TBC (coverage window stays the same)
What you’ll do
Customer support via live chat + email: fast replies, helpful tone, clean communication
Follow playbooks and processes: collect details, solve what you can, escalate correctly
WordPress assistant tasks: updates, simple fixes, basic page edits, checking for issues
Keep things stable on shift: spot problems early, report clearly, don’t let issues drift
End-of-shift update: what’s done, what’s pending, what needs attention next
What we’re looking for
Enthusiastic, loyal, and positive attitude
Trustworthy on shift: accurate updates, consistent effort, takes ownership
Comfortable talking to customers and handling multiple conversations
Basic WordPress skills (admin panel, plugins/themes, page builders)
Good written English and a calm head under pressure
Wants a long-term role, not short-term hopping
