WorkforceOne is seeking a creative and reliable marketing designer to produce branded email templates and marketing visuals that align with our professional and community-driven tone. These materials will support customer acquisition, job seeker engagement, and business outreach.
Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling email templates using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
Create promotional graphics and content blocks (e.g., testimonials, value propositions, job highlights)
Incorporate our existing brand assets, including the logo WorkforceOne Logo and website branding
Align visuals with WorkforceOne's focus on employment services and workforce development
Deliver editable templates that can be reused by our internal team
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing or brand design (email and social media preferred)
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Understanding of email design best practices
Ability to follow brand guidelines and present professional, clear messaging
