What we need from you:

  • Provide/prepare a sealed site plan showing:

    • ADU footprint & driveway extension

    • Drainage flow arrows

    • Erosion & sediment controls (silt fence, stabilized entrance, etc.)

  • Certify impervious cover calculations.

  • Provide any required brief narrative sections to satisfy Attachments D/E/J/K (Factors Affecting Water Quality, Stormwater Volume, BMPs).

  • Sign and seal the Contributing Zone Plan for submittal to TCEQ

What we already have (ready for you):

  • TCEQ Cover Page, CZP Application, Core Data Form, Agent Authorization, Fee Form

Deliverable:

  • A sealed CZP packet acceptable to TCEQ (electronic copy with PE seal/signature).

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Texas-licensed PE (civil/environmental).

  • Experience with Edwards Aquifer applications a plus, but not required — residential CZPs are straightforward.

Timeline:

  • Looking for fast turnaround (1–2 weeks max).

Budget:

  • Open to fixed-price bids.

  • Small scope, straightforward residential project.
