We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to launch, grow, and manage our TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for driving sales through content, affiliate partnerships, creator outreach, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate understands the TikTok ecosystem and has a proven track record of growing brands through engaging video content and influencer marketing.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


  • Set up and optimize TikTok Shop listings
  • Manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory
  • Monitor daily shop performance and sales metrics
  • Optimize product pages for higher conversion rates

Affiliate Management

  • Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop affiliates
  • Build relationships with creators and influencers
  • Negotiate affiliate commissions and paid collaborations
  • Track affiliate performance and ROI
  • Maintain ongoing communication with top-performing creators

Content & Video Production

  • Plan and manage a content calendar
  • Create engaging TikTok videos that showcase products
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, tutorials, testimonials, and trend-based content
  • Write compelling captions and calls to action
  • Develop and execute product launch campaigns
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions and special offers
  • Manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns
  • Assist with TikTok Spark Ads and paid advertising strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor KPIs including:


  • Sales
  • Conversion rate
  • Affiliate performance
  • Video views
  • Engagement
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations



Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience managing TikTok accounts or TikTok Shops
  • Experience recruiting and managing influencers or affiliate creators
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Creator Marketplace
  • Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Experience creating viral short-form video content
  • Knowledge of TikTok trends and algorithm best practices
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching consumer products
  • Experience with Shopify integration
  • Familiarity with Amazon or eCommerce marketplaces
  • Experience running TikTok Ads and Spark Ads
  • Background in beauty, home, lifestyle, consumer goods, or viral products
