Overview
Tracktion is a performance driven marketing agency working with eCommerce and DTC brands as well as IV and wellness clinics. We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager who also specializes in creating high converting ad creatives. This is not a set it and forget it role.
This is an ongoing long term position for the right person.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Managing and scaling Meta Facebook and Instagram ad accounts
Launching testing and optimizing campaigns for ROAS CPA booked appointments and conversions
Creating or directing high converting ad creatives including UGC style ads statics hooks and angles
Writing ad copy and hooks that feel human compliant and conversion focused
Structuring campaigns properly from testing to scaling to iteration
Analyzing performance data and making smart optimizations
Collaborating with Tracktion on strategy creatives and growth plans
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing Meta ads for eCommerce lead generation or IV and wellness clinics
Strong understanding of creative strategy including hooks angles and scroll stopping concepts
Ability to create ads yourself or clearly direct creative production
Experience generating booked calls or appointments not just clicks
Knows how to test creatives properly and methodically
Clear communicator reliable and detail oriented
Nice to Have
Experience with IV therapy med spas or wellness clinics
Experience scaling DTC brands
Familiarity with TikTok Ads
Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
Understanding of Meta health advertising compliance
Compensation
You will receive a base pay to start, with clear opportunities for growth in compensation as Tracktion grows and as you prove performance. High performers will be rewarded with increased pay and long term upside.
