I'm in need of a a transaction specialist who can match me putting together simple transactions, ideally simple M&A transactions, LBO's, MBO's, etc. using SPA's, Asset Purchase Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, or Purchase and Sale of Membership Interests, etc. in nature these can be styled as assumptive/change of ownership, or co-venture partnerships (co-sponsor agrmts), sale-leaseback agrmts, etc. I am seeking someone experienced and proficient modelling such transactions with or without one or more private trusts. I HAVE MODELS, CONTRACTS/AGREEMENTS, AND PROFICIENT WITH MOST OUTCOMES. I NEED SOMEONE FAST WHO WILL REMOVE GUESS WORK NOW TO CLOSE THESE FASTER.
