About This Project:
We’re hiring a skilled and visionary UI & Brand Designer for a one-time project: Create the complete visual identity and UI/UX design system for a new startup brand.

You’ll be responsible for delivering:
✅ A polished, modern logo, favicon and brand book- learn about the brand and then design
✅ A cohesive design system and UI component library
✅ Beautiful, intuitive screens for a web app MVP
✅ Custom illustrations or iconography as needed
✅ A style guide for future design consistency across the product and brand

This project is a test run—knock it out of the park, and we may invite you to join our team long-term as a designer.

What You’ll Deliver:🎨 Brand Identity & Visual Direction

A complete brand book: logo, typography, color palette, imagery, tone
Style guides that reflect a modern, clean, and scalable brand voice
Custom illustrations or icon sets to enhance brand storytelling
💻 UI/UX Design & System Setup
Web app MVP screens for desktop and mobile- (wireframes, low fi, high fi- approx 5 desktop screens, 8 desktop admin screens, 50-55 mobile app screens)
Reusable UI components and a scalable design system in Figma
A basic clickable prototype for presentation or early feedback
Developer-ready design documentation for smooth handoff

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Someone with experience designing full brand packages and web UIs
✔️ A strategic thinker who can build for scale and consistency
✔️ Strong visual design chops with a clean, modern aesthetic
✔️ Fluent in Figma and comfortable organizing design systems
✔️ Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines
✔️ Excited about the opportunity to become a long-term team member

Tools & Skills:
✅ Design & Branding: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch
✅ Illustration: Custom design ability is highly preferred
✅ Design Systems: Creating scalable, documented systems from scratch
✅ Prototyping: Basic interaction design for review and handoff
✅ Bonus: Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus

Compensation:
💰 Fixed Price Project — based on scope and experience (let us know your bid)
🕒 Timeline: To be agreed upon, with prompt milestones and deliverables
