We are seeking an experienced prototype engineer to build 1–2 functional proof-of-concept versions of an ultra-thin heated tactical glove.
Key Requirements:
• Ultra-thin, 4-way stretch, form-fitting (feels close to bare hands)
• Flexible heating elements + small rechargeable battery (lightweight lithium-polymer or similar)
• Puncture-resistant, grippy, touchscreen compatible
• Washable / weatherproof
• High dexterity for tactical/shooting use
I have already completed:
• Provisional patent (No. 64/016,983)
• 108 user validation responses from law enforcement & military
Scope:
• Review drawings & description
• Source materials & build prototypes
• Basic testing (heat, dexterity, battery, durability)
Budget: $1,400 – $2,000 fixed price (paid in milestones)
