Statement of Work
- In order to be considered, the first sentence of your response must contain the phrase “AvonmoreInc is a website that sells bridge game supplies world wide.”
- The AvonmoreInc.com website requires update to reflect increased prices and shipping costs. In some instances the pricing on the website and calculated by the check out process are not in agreement and are not correct.
- The Website needs to properly calculate total order costs and bill the customer the correct total. This requires updating the shopping card code. The website links to PayPal Shopping Cart and billing
- Document all changes made.
- Testing to verify.
- We will pay after mutual testing

Attached is a pdf file of a paper order form named oform.pdf. The file contains the correct pricing and shipping information for the 7 items sold online.
Each item has a price and an associated weight. The weight of each item determines its shipping and handling charges also identified on the form. Shipping and handling charges are calculated during the check out process.
There are discrepancies between the oform.pdf, and the pricing contained on the website, and also in the actual shopping cart. These need to be corrected.
We can make all files available to you during the bid process if you wish. We will provide the FTP address and log-on credentials for the actual site to the winning bidder for testing.
Work hours are 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time (West Coast of the United States). You may contact us during those hours. We will provide telephone and email information upon award. Fluency in English is required.
We will pay either Time/Material or fixed price. Any Time and Material must also contain a Not To Exceed value. The job must be completed even if the T&M value is exceeded. We will not pay more than the T&M NTE or the fixed price amount.
This should not be a long assignment. We plan to award this small assignment within 10 business days. We are easy to work with, prompt, and pay within a day of completion – 100%
