Upload My App to Google Play Console

Hello! I am currently looking for a developer who has a verified Google Play Console account to assist me with publishing my ready-made app.
Due to a verification issue, I am unable to use my own console at the moment. I would like you to help me upload the app to your console, and later we can arrange for a transfer to my account once mine is available.
Please note:
The app fully complies with all Google Play policies.
It is a ready-to-publish project, so no development work is required.
I only need assistance with safe and proper publishing.
